YAGRO Exchange named Supply Analytics Solution of the Year in the 2026 AgTech Breakthrough Awards

Agricultural programme platform recognised for combining scalable supply-chain infrastructure with a farmer-first experience

YAGRO Exchange has been named Supply Analytics Solution of the Year in the 2026 AgTech Breakthrough Awards, recognising the platform’s work in helping agricultural organisations deliver, manage and scale complex supply-chain programmes.

YAGRO Exchange gives organisations the infrastructure to collect reliable farm-level information for sustainability initiatives, regenerative agriculture programmes, compliance frameworks and supply-chain reporting. It replaces disconnected forms, spreadsheets and email chains with a single platform designed around the needs of both programme administrators and growers.

Organisations can use Exchange to build fully customised programmes incorporating grower enrolment, eligibility thresholds, conditional workflows, evidence collection, file uploads, scoring systems and programme-specific reporting requirements. Once a programme is live, administrators can monitor progress, review supporting evidence, request amendments, approve submissions and communicate directly with individual growers or programme groups. Every interaction is recorded, creating a clear audit trail and reducing manual administration.

Grower usability has been central to the platform’s development. Farmers can upload PDFs, photographs and other supporting evidence directly, while optical character recognition helps reduce repetitive data entry. Over the past 12 months, Exchange has onboarded 797 users across 685 farms and supported 26 live programmes, achieving a 96% completion rate.

The platform is already being used at meaningful commercial scale. Frontier Agriculture uses Exchange to deliver its Sustainable Supply Chain Programme, helping a range of large customers across the UK agricultural supply chain better understand sustainability performance and regenerative farming activity across their grower networks.

Through the programme, growers submit validated field-level information covering areas including cultivation practices, nitrogen management, yields, biodiversity features and regenerative farming indicators. By Harvest 2025, the programme had scaled to 55,960 hectares and generated more than 116,000 structured data points, with participating farm numbers increasing by 64% year on year.

Exchange can be deployed as white-labelled infrastructure, allowing growers to participate within an organisation’s established and trusted brand environment. Underneath, YAGRO provides the secure programme infrastructure, validation processes, structured analytics and interoperability capabilities. This enables agricultural organisations to launch sophisticated programmes more quickly without disrupting existing grower relationships or undertaking a complex enterprise implementation.
