Fertiliser manufacturer CEON builds Northern Ireland base for UK growth and partnerships
CEON Enterprise Ltd is developing its Northern Ireland base as a platform for long-term partnerships across UK agriculture and horticulture, backed by CEON’s international fertiliser and plant-nutrition manufacturing capabilities.
CEON is a Manufacturer and Supplier of fertilisers, specialist plant-nutrition products and agricultural inputs. Its capabilities include specialist liquid and water-soluble fertilisers, granular fertilisers, potassium sulphate, controlled-release fertiliser tablets, enhanced-efficiency nitrogen technologies, calcium and magnesium products, micronutrients and soil conditioners.
Two areas of particular interest for the UK market are Nutritab controlled-release fertiliser tablets and the VENAGRO N-TECH platform for enhanced-efficiency nitrogen products. CEON is also developing a horticultural portfolio aimed at professional growers, nurseries, protected cropping and specialist distribution channels.
The company’s UK strategy is to combine manufacturing capability with local agronomic knowledge, independent validation and strong routes to market. CEON is seeking relationships with independent agronomists, trial providers, fertiliser and horticultural distributors, cooperatives, growers and research organisations that can help assess product fit under UK conditions.
Independent validation will be an important part of this approach. CEON intends to work with recognised UK trial and agronomy organisations to generate practical data before wider commercial development of selected products.
Fevzi Can Orak, Founder and Director of CEON Enterprise Ltd, said: “Our objective is to bring CEON’s manufacturing capability into the UK market through evidence, reliable supply and long-term relationships. Northern Ireland gives us a strong agricultural base, and Agri-TechE gives us access to exactly the kind of agronomy, trial and innovation network we want to work with.”
The company is particularly interested in conversations with organisations working in crop nutrition, soil health, nitrogen-use efficiency, horticulture, field trials, distribution and agricultural innovation.
CEON Enterprise Ltd operates from Scottish Provident Building, 7 Donegall Square West, Belfast BT1 6JH.
