Website health – why it’s more important than ever

In this session, we'll discuss the topic of website health and why this is important for performance, security, search engine optimisation and the planet.

Richard Copping, Operations Director at KISS Communications, will give you real-world examples of common website issues, many of which will be unseen to casual visitors and site administrators but may be holding your website and marketing efforts back.

Richard will go through core website pillars: Performance, Security, SEO, UX, Compliance, equipping you with practical, actionable steps and long-term strategies to improve your website’s health.

About speaker

Richard Copping, Operations Director at KISS Communications has almost 25 years’ digital experience. Richard started his career at London-based agency, Reading Room, before founding and running his own digital agency, Isle Interactive. In 2022 Richard successfully merged Isle with KISS Communications to create one of the largest in-house digital teams in the Cambridge area. During this time Richard has project managed and supported hundreds of websites on a range of content management platforms in many different sectors.
