Gardin Ltd. Is a UK based VC-backed startup on a mission to create a more nutritious and sustainable world. Our scientists and engineers are developing optical remote sensing technology, computer vision and analytics to measure plant physiology. Gardin’s tools and technologies will empower food producers to grow superior yields with the highest nutritional density; optimally, sustainably and affordably.

Farmers want to farm, at Gardin we understand this.. Our vision is to have our technology, our operating system run in the background, constantly monitoring the produce, optimising the resources they are using; energy, water, nutrients. What we are looking to achieve is running the production in the background and providing insights to the farmer so they have a birds-eye view where they can intervene as and when required.

We can help farmers with engineering the growth of their crops to reach the highest nutritional content during the growth period. Farmers get a higher quality product while reducing their operating cost and carbon footprint.

Food producers don’t always want tech, they want their problems to be solved. This is why we have taken a full-stack approach to our solution. By developing an optical remote sensing system and the analytics based on the data to measure the nutritional content of various foods and then to use that data to produce actionable insights from the analytics.
