Rob Bradburne, Chief Scientist at the Environment Agency, will be opening as the keynote speaker at the NatureTech Conference on 28th April
With the Environmental Improvement Plan 2025 published at the end of last year, it’s a timely moment to hear the Agency’s thinking first hand - and to respond with your own reflections from the field, lab or workshop.

About

BactoTech UK is a microbiology and biotechnology business bringing practical, eco-friendly microbial solutions to UK farming, growing and land care. We specialise in natural biopreparations built around carefully selected microorganisms, supported by research, independent studies and practical field testing.

Our mission is simple: improve soil health so plants thrive, food becomes more nutritious and people benefit “from the ground up”. We achieve this by working with growers, farmers, and partners who want real results with fewer synthetic inputs.

Our range includes Bacillus-based biostimulants, soil improvers and biofertilisers used across farming, horticulture and turf. These products can help support soil biodiversity, nutrient availability, stronger roots and better tolerance to stress.

We use proprietary stabilisation technology to deliver high-concentration, non-GMO microbes without toxic chemicals. We develop products in our own labs, test them under natural conditions and screen batches for pathogens for safety. Many products are approved for organic use by OF&G (Organic Farmers and Growers) and IUNG-PIB.
