It’s an ideal space for exploring potential partnerships, trials, and future collaborations, making it a vital part of the REAP Conference experience.

REAP 2026 exhibition stands are available to book on the following basis:

• Space 2.5m x 2.5m (to include one trestle table with a chair, electricity, tablecloth and wi-fi, if required)
• Includes 1 x Entry ticket including lunch and all refreshments;
• Any additional tickets are available at a discounted rate for exhibitors. Extra REAP tickets for Agri-TechE members / non-members (ex. VAT): £125 / £175
• Includes profile on REAP Conference page, Agri-TechE socials and in the Delegate Booklet.
• Cost for Agri-TechE members / non-members (ex. VAT): £400 / £525
