REAP 2026 Exhibition expression of interest

A limited number of exhibition spaces are available at the REAP Conference 2026 for organisations wishing to showcase new innovations, technologies or equipment to the high level audience of farmer and growers, agronomists, investors, and the technical and commercial support providers in the industry.

We are particularly keen to feature innovations with a practical and visual element so that delegates can see how they currently operate (or are expected to work) in the real world. We are offering an exhibitor package which includes a stand, table and space for pop-ups / banners, power and a ticket to the conference itself. Members of Agri-TechE can benefit from a discounted exhibitor package.

Exhibition stand (member / non-member): £400 / £525 ex VAT (including one REAP ticket, power, one table with a tablecloth, chairs). Any extra tickets are at the discounted rate: £125 / £175 (ex VAT) for members / non-members.
