Soils Services Specialist

Owing to growth, we are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Soils Services Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on promoting, selling, and delivering our Healthy Soil Services to new and existing clients while contributing to development of this specialist area. If you have a strong understanding of soil health and a drive to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality Healthy Soil Services to existing and prospective clients, optimising fee income.
* Promote Hutchinsons’ full range of agricultural services and products.
* Deliver training and provide support to Healthy Soils Connected Groups and establish new groups.
* Train and support our agronomy team, enhancing their ability to promote and deliver soil health solutions.
* Deliver presentations at events, conferences, and farmer meetings.
* Assist in the development and refinement of soil services.
* Provide interpretation of soil and plant analysis and offer crop nutrition guidance.
* Work closely with industry leading colleagues to facilitate knowledge transfer.

* Strong expertise in soil health and sustainable farming practices.
* Experience in agricultural advisory services, sales, or training.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
* Passion for supporting farmers and improving soil health for long-term sustainability.
