Who we are

VCS (UK) Ltd is an independent agronomy and research company dedicated to advancing the vegetable production industry. Serving over 20,000 hectares, we offer expert agronomic advice tailored to grower needs and industry demands. Through our farm support services and R&D, we help integrate new technologies, driving innovation and progress across the sector.

Agronomy

Our independent, BASIS and FACTS qualified agronomists provide expert advice for over 20,000 hectares of horticultural and arable crops, servicing both conventional and organic systems. Our research-led, comprehensive agronomy advice includes farm and rotation planning, full agronomic support, irrigation scheduling, nutrition programming, laboratory services and crop storage management.

Trials

Our fully equipped, ORETO-certified, independent trials team is trusted across the sector for delivering high-quality agricultural trials. We conduct a wide range of studies, including product efficacy screening, crop nutrition, variety demonstrations, and pest and disease assessments. From drilling to harvest, we offer comprehensive services with detailed assessments throughout the growing season and post-harvest.

Research

Our research team is committed to connecting academia with the agricultural sector through promoting innovation and enhancing existing practises. With a strong focus on crop protection, nutrition, agronomy and sustainability, we employ a multidisciplinary and collaborative approach.
