Introduction to Agri-Tech, 20th May at Agrii's Technology Centre
Would you/your colleagues benefit from understanding more about agriculture and horticulture in the UK? Including relevant policy/regs (and where the money comes from), decision-making by farmers (who calls the shots!), and what happens after the farm?

Overbury Farms Agri-Tech Open Day

Overbury Farms Agri-Tech Open Day

Come and see how Overbury Enterprises has adapted its connectivity between (private and public) mobile networks and how it has exploited LoRaWAN to improve its data management and digital systems on farm. This event is co-hosted with the River Severn Partnership and Overbury.

The event will highlight some of the issues between different approaches to Agri-Tech to help other farms and support bodies understand what is possible when adopting more IOT based technology.

Becky Dodds, Director of Communities at Agri-TechE, visited Overbury Farm last year - watch this short video report to see highlights from the visit, and look out for Becky attending again this year. We also wrote a blog post about the original project.

Event starts at 10am. Lunch will be served at 12.30pm and there will be an optional farm tour (limited places) ahead of the event close at 3pm.

Free to attend. Register here via Eventbrite.
