Farmer First Innovation Group (FFIG)
Our Farmer First Innovation Group convenes a peer group of pro-innovation farmers, growers and agronomists, to explore on-farm innovation with industry experts, agri-tech developers and research scientists.
At a Farmer First Innovation Group (FFIG) meeting you can expect to:
- Have tech-focussed discussions and solutions across themed topics.
- Give your input into the innovation process.
- Gain competitive advantage through early and unique insights into novel tools, techniques, and the latest research findings.
- Find potential collaborative opportunities with those looking to work with farmers.
In 2026 we will explore Smart and Advanced Irrigation Technology, Traceability, Blockchain, Crop Disease, Data use. Please feel free to suggest other topics and even speakers – this is your group to steer and direct, ensuring that we are addressing challenges relevant to you.

Who is it for?
FFIG meetings are free to attend and open to farmers, growers and agronomists, who are current members of Agri-TechE and holding a valid SBI number.
