Wright Farm Produce are commercial outdoor salad producers growing in the region of 400 acres of crops, supplying a variety of major supermarket, processing and wholesale customers, within family ownership and having over 50 years growing experience we continue to look for the most productive yet environmentally friendly growing techniques and new innovations in fresh produce supply. Currently we are a labour intensive business with heavy reliance of seasonal harvest labour.
Over recent years we have become heavily involved in experimental work and research projects looking at alternative crops and growing techniques that complement our natural resources especially our lowland peat soils such as wetter farming and paludiculture with a view to moving towards more climate friendly farming.
