Originating from a Devon-based working farm and rapeseed oil producer, Valogen Biosciences takes abundant, low-cost, protein-rich by products from the agri-food sector and converts the biomass into high value bioactive peptides for the nutrition, health and wellness sectors.
Our proprietary and versatile technology platform can process any high protein material resulting in peptides unique to that feedstock, with their own characteristics and particular efficacy. This could include byproducts from agriculture, horticulture and also aquaculture (eg fishery discards).
Post farm gate processing is also of interest, such as Brewery waste.
