About
Soleni Systems Ltd is a UK agritech company developing the Project Genome Companion, a web-based digital platform designed to help organisations plan, coordinate and learn from complex agricultural innovation projects.
Agricultural innovations such as new crop varieties, biological inputs and agritech solutions often progress through multiple field trials, sites, seasons, research partners and evidence-gathering activities before they can reach farmers or the market. Information about these activities can become fragmented across spreadsheets, project-management tools, trial systems, emails and reports, making it difficult for teams to see the complete picture of a programme and understand whether they have the evidence needed to make their next decision.
Soleni aims to bring this information together in a structured way. The Project Genome Companion connects programmes with their individual projects and trials, partners, milestones, dependencies, risks, evidence requirements and decision points. It also captures the reasons behind important decisions, outcomes and lessons so that knowledge gained from one project can be reused in future projects rather than being lost in reports or individual experience.
The platform is being developed initially for organisations involved in crop R&D, field trials, plant breeding, biological crop inputs and agricultural technology development, particularly those managing multiple projects, locations and external partners.
Our wider ambition is simple: to help agricultural innovation teams deliver promising ideas more effectively and ensure that every project can learn from the ones that came before it.
Soleni Systems — Brilliant agricultural ideas deserve better delivery.
