About
Serving the agricultural community for more than 100 years from over 300 offices in rural locations across the UK means we’re on the ground in the community to provide a local, personal service, supported by our UK-based call centre. Many of our Agents are also employed as a Group Secretary for the National Farming Unions, giving our customers the benefit of up-to-date farming expertise and knowledge.
Our mutual status means we don’t have shareholders, so we’re always able to focus on delivering maximum value to our customers. Our aim is to help our customers be better prepared for the future, which is why we’re committed to monitoring and understanding trends and their potential impact, and participating in industry leading networks.
We take the time to visit customer farms and talk things through; helping customers get their insurance right from the start and giving them the confidence to get on with their day to day activities. We reward loyalty through our Mutual Bonus scheme; it’s our way of saying thank you when customers renew a policy with us.
