About

We are a large, farm-only independent Vet practice providing routine and emergency veterinary care to cows, sheep/goats, pigs and camelids across a large swathe of the North West of England and Wales.

We have 18 farm-only Veterinary Surgeons, all with different areas of interest/specialism across nutrition, lameness, udder health and reproduction in dairy and beef cows, as well as flock health and preventative medicine in sheep and goats. We also have a team of 6 Veterinary Technicians/Approved Tuberculin Testers who provide, in addition to TB testing, routine on-farm management tasks to large numbers of our dairy clients.

The predominance of our work is with large dairy units for whom we provide forward-thinking, proactive herd health services as well as data consultancy, medicine supplies, emergency care and other services, such as TB testing. With approximately 50,000 dairy cows under our care on some of the most progressive and well-managed farms in the UK we are very well positioned to support the majority of animal health projects.
