About

MDS Ltd is a leader in early careers development within the UK’s food, fresh produce, agriculture and horticulture sectors. Our two-year programme combines hands-on experience across up to four placements with studying for an industry-specific qualification. Roles are based across the UK and some abroad, giving Trainees exposure to a wide range of companies and disciplines, such as operations, logistics, commercial, and more. Supported by mentoring, tailored leadership training, and on-the-job experience, Trainees build the confidence, adaptability, and practical skills the sector needs. Upon completing the programme, Trainees enjoy excellent opportunities for full-time employment, with many alumni in senior positions.
