Juster AgriConsult (JAC) is a commercialisation and route-to-market consultancy working across agrifood and agritech innovation.
JAC helps innovators translate promising technologies, research and ideas into commercially relevant propositions for real-world markets. This includes identifying potential routes to market, understanding procurement and buyer requirements, developing compelling value propositions, and connecting innovation with relevant industry partners and end users.
Our work spans areas including controlled environment agriculture, food systems, resource and energy efficiency, waste heat utilisation and emerging agricultural technologies.
Drawing on practical experience working with growers, innovators, researchers and institutional and commercial buyers, JAC focuses on bridging the gap between innovation and adoption — helping businesses understand not simply where their technology could work, but who needs it, why they would buy it, and how to reach them.
