About the Job

This is a highly collaborative role focused on growing our farm business consultancy and digital advisory presence across Cheshire and Lancashire. Working with the wider Farm Business Consultancy and Omnia teams, you will bring specialist advice to local farming businesses.

This role is built on close partnership with our established regional agronomy team. You will benefit from warm introductions and trusted relationships, while also building your own network and growing your presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver structured farm business consultancy, including budgets, cashflows, gross margins, business reviews, and long-term planning.
• Lead clients through environmental transitions, capital grants, and SFI applications in alignment with national advisory frameworks.
• Work closely with local agronomists to identify opportunities within the existing client base and deliver a joined-up advisory offer.
• Act as the regional Omnia champion, working face-to-face with growers to help them maximise the platform’s potential.

• A solid background in practical farm business consultancy, agricultural advisory, or progressive farm management.
• A natural collaborator who builds strong internal relationships.
• The credibility to influence farm decision-makers.
• A strong interest in digital farming and the ability to translate data into practical, profitable on-farm actions.
