About

Overbury Enterprises is a mix of exciting modern businesses combined under a family partnership. The Martin, Holland-Martin and now Bossom family have been at Overbury for around 300 years. Penelope Bossom (the Managing Partner) is the 8th generation.

Farm - an arable and sheep LEAF (linking environment and farming) Demonstration Farm using the principles of Regenerative Agriculture, managed by Jake Freestone. Precision farming techniques; such as variable seed rates and nutrient applications, combined with drone and satellite imagery are applied using the latest application technology. The farm is an AGRI-EPI satellite farm.

Education - Overbury Grasshoppers, our own countryside children’s day nursery, regularly goes on the farm to catch up with the lambing or what is happening in the fields.

Infrastructure - The farm was an early user of Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) having installed the first network in 2012. Overbury Enterprises has office and meeting space at the Overbury Hub available if needed by the hour. Overbury’s central location within the UK & close proximity of good transport links including motorways, rail and airports, ensures it lives up to being “on the way to everywhere”.

Manor Farmhouse is a Cotswold refurbished large farmhouse. With 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms it is ideal for small company offsites (& can be combined with the meeting rooms at the Overbury Hub). Having been lived in by one farming family since the 1870s it was brought to life by Rosanna Bossom’s designs.
