Find below a selection of Frequently Asked Questions which we have received regarding REAP 2020 and the Swapcard Platform.
We are constantly updating this so please do keep checking back.
If you can’t find the answer to your question, please email Fiona.
Why was Swapcard chosen to host REAP 2020?
We have selected Swapcard to give you the best possible virtual networking experience due to its capabilities with Artificial Intelligence to match-make attendees, as well as offering the chance to book 1:1 meetings with innovative companies in the Tech Hub.
In order to make the most of the platform and get as much out of the conference as possible, make sure to add information to your profile ahead of the event.
Who will my information be shared with?
Your data will be collected and dealt with by Agri-TechE, organizer of this event, to allow you access to REAP 2020 and its digital platform.
When you register, an account will be created with all the information that you entered. This account will allow you to access to the platform and the attendees’ list to network before, during and after the event.
Your data will be shared with Swapcard, our partner and editor of our digital platform, REAP event partners and exhibitors.
Your data will be protected and not commercialized. You have the right to access your data, as well as editing or deleting it.

Does it matter what web browser I use to access REAP 2020?
It is advised to use Chrome, Firefox, or the most recent versions of Edge.
Some users are experiencing issues when accessing Swapcard using Internet Explorer or older versions of Edge. When trying to open the links from emails, it just shows a white page. If this happens please try opening the link in a different browser first.
How do I add more information about myself onto Swapcard?
Watch our step-by-step tutorial with Fiona from the Agri-TechE team on using the platform for the first time, including how to update your profile and how to navigate around the different features.
I’m an attendee and I don’t understand how to navigate around REAP 2020 on the Swapcard Platform
To find out how to navigate around the Swapcard platform please take a look at the Attendee Guidance sheet we have produced, which shows you all the different functions in Swapcard.
I’m an attendee and I can’t get on the Swapcard Platform
Firstly, you should have received an email from Swapcard with a magic link. All the emails sent from Swapcard are sent from hello@swapcard.com. It is possible that this email ended in your Spam/Junk folder.
Once you click the magic link you will be directed to Swapcard and asked to enter a password. Please keep this safe. If you can’t find your email, you can request another one by entering your email address on the platform.
From the point of setting a password onwards, to access REAP 2020 on Swapcard either in the run-up to or on the day, navigate to Swapcard on your browser and enter your email and password. This will bring up REAP 2020 as an event – click this to be taken to the REAP platform.
If you have previously logged into Swapcard but now can’t get back on, login as a ‘Participant’, enter your email and then you can request your magic link again.
I want to access REAP 2020 on the move – can I do this?
Yes you can! The Swapcard platform can be accessed both via a desktop web browser as well as the Swapcard App. You can find links to both here.
To access REAP 2020 on a mobile device you will need to download the Swapcard App. You will then need to login with your magic link. After using your magic link, you will just login with your username and password as noted above.
