Following the successful focus on innovation at last year’s Royal Norfolk Show, this year the Innovation Hub showcased a number of new developments in agri-tech, including a soil improver made from organic waste that reduces leachate, stabilises sandy soils, stimulates soil microbials and could reduce by 50% the water required by irrigated crops.
Agri-Tech East brought together an exciting cross-section of innovations in partnership with the RNAA and the University of East Anglia (UEA), providing an ideal opportunity for discussions with people at the cutting-edge of the industry.
We had lots of visitors in the Innovation Hub across the 29 and 30 June 2016, and the Eastern Daily Press published a great piece about some of the people in the Zone and at the rest of the Royal Norfolk Show, which you can read here. You can also watch their Mustard News television report here, or see our Facebook pictures.
