Could you be eligible for a grant up to £150,000?
If you run a business operating within the Agri-Tech sector employing less than 250 people, growth could be easier with the Eastern Agri-Tech Growth Initiative programme. Grants are available to organisations looking to invest in specialist equipment, new market and supply chain development, ways to improve productivity and efficiency, and the application and commercialisation of Research and Development.
The Eastern Agri-Tech Growth Initiative has two funds; a Growth Fund, for grants of between £10,000 and £150,000 (which can cover up to 25% of the total project cost) to support improvements in productivity and efficiency in the food, drink and horticulture sector; and the R&D Fund which provides grants of between £10,000 and £60,000 (which can cover up to 50% of the total project cost) to support the development of innovative ideas, products and technology.
The Eastern Agri-Tech Growth Initiative is run by the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority (CPCA) with support from New Anglia LEP (NALEP) and the local authorities covering the CPCA and NALEP geographical areas.
