Chance to showcase your new agri-tech product or service at REAP

  • August 2, 2018
  • 3:26 pm

From strawberry picking robots, to bee mimics and portable weather stations – we have had a wide variety of agri-tech demonstrated in the REAP Technical Exhibition.  The companies that have seized this opportunity to meet potential end-users, partners and investors have found it highly beneficial.  The REAP conference is on 7th November 2018 and we are offering a select number of organisations the chance to participate.

Dynamic space

Antony Yousefian, 30MHzThe venue has a great open plan area that provides an lively exhibition space alongside the conference presentations. We are looking for relevant companies to participate in this year’s Technology Exhibition, ideally you will have something innovative to demonstrate and will be looking to share ideas with our enthusiastic delegates.

The space is used for networking throughout the day and the demonstrations happening in this space create a talking point – these have included robots and drones as well as visual displays and simulations (see the video for more)

Bug bites

There is also a drinks reception in the early evening hosted by SmithsonHill.  We usually have some unusual agri-techy snacks on offer – these have included insect snacks (toothpicks optional) beer from beans, hedgerow cordials and bug bites ….who knows what will it be this year!

The exhibitor package includes a stand, table and space for pop-ups / banners, and a ticket to the conference itself plus the opportunity to purchase discounted tickets for colleagues. There is strong media interest in REAP so it is a good platform for launching new products.

Good return on investment

So if you have an innovative product or service that would be of interest to our delegates then do get in touch to discuss.

The video below shows how some of our previous exhibitors have benefited from a presence at REAP, and how you can use the exhibition space to really showcase your product or innovation.
