  at what to consider when building a collaborative
  agreement. In particular we'll be thinking about 
 appreciating your value in a partnership as well a
 s some of the potential pitfalls to be aware of. P

 ata\, potential infringement of exisiting rights -
  such as those from your machinery manufacturer - 
 and who bears the responsibility of security for n
