The Abu Dhabi Investment Office has recently invested $100 million in four agri-tech companies and is keen to create an attractive environment for companies to get established in the region.

Innovation for Agro-forestry and Carbon Capture
Wheat and apples, lamb and kindling, all combined with incentives to plant trees and rewards for carbon capture. Agroforestry is a strong recipe for farmers looking to diversify and enhance their existing business. Farmers that have already taken the plunge and advisors, including the forestry commission, discuss the potential.

Agri-Tech Week is taking shape, with a line-up of events around soil health, pests and diseases, policy insights and bringing agricultural networking into the digital age.
Our REAP conference on Tuesday 10th includes farmers and their technology partners discussing the benefits of new technology adoption – browse the programme and block out your diary.
Foodvalley is coming to REAP
The food valley of the Netherlands, which includes Wageningen University and innovative agrifood organisations, will have a presence in the REAP technology hub. Oost NL is joining Agri-TechE as a member and is keen to develop stronger relations with the UK agri-tech community.
