Changing Time(s) For Agricuture
10th November, 9.00am – 4.00pm – Online
Timing is crucial in agriculture, through the cycle of sowing to harvest and calving to slaughter, but also for strategic decision-making such as predicting demand for perishable goods and automation to extend the working day.
The ability to manage and manipulate time is increasing. REAP 2021 will explore the many ways this is happening through advances in technology and breakthroughs in science.
Defra invites timely input on new fund
15th June, 11:00am – 3:00pm – online
Defra is seeking input for the co-design of its new ‘accelerating adoption’ fund, which aims to facilitate the trial of innovative technologies, processes and practices on-farm.

Making the most of data
8th June, 10:30am – 11:30am – online
Join us tomorrow to take a journey on the farm via data. YAGRO will be leading an hour long session focused on why you should make the most of your data. We’ll be looking at real life case studies where better analysis of data on the farm has led to improvements in the business, and considering how peer-to-peer community groups, together with data analysis, can benefit your business.
With a focus on why rather than the how, and plenty of time for Q&A, this is one not to miss!
Time for a chat at Groundswell
23-24th June – in person
What aspect of time is most limiting for agriculture?
Agri-TechE has a stand at Groundswell, the regenerative farming show and conference, and we will be gaining insights into where technology could make the most impact ahead of REAP 2021, which this year is looking at all aspects of time.
Stop by and say hello at stand MS6 – see you there.
Turning Back the Clock– Innovation Hubs at the Royal Norfolk Show
W/C 28th June – online
The Innovation Hub has been a feature of the Royal Norfolk Show for the last six years. It has created an opportunity to showcase to farmers, the public and VIPs a diverse range of technologies from our membership, such as drones, sensors and smart water management through to a sheep tracking system, blight resistant potatoes and wheat offering six harvests a year. With no show this year we are keeping the flame alive by reviewing some the exhibits that caught the imagination of visitors until we can be together again next year.
