- When an event cancellation is received by the Agri-TechE team from a delegate more than 5 days in advance of an online or in-person event they will receive a full refund
- In the event that an event attendee cannot attend an in-person event within 5 working days of the event they will be offered alternative options in the following order:
- a colleague can attend in their place,
- they can transfer the event fee to another event,
- the fee can be kept in credit for a future relevant event or membership, or
- a 50% refund will be provided.
- For online events, if attendees can no longer attend they can transfer their place to a colleague but no alternative options will be provided. Recordings may be available in some instances; please check as this varies per event.
